Butt Mountain Fire Tower - Giles County, VA Virginia

Description: This mountain region is the same one that host the famous Mt. Lake Resort / Hotel. Being located at one of the highest points, this site was once used as a fire tower lookout spot. The tower is now abandoned is has more utility as a cell tower than anything else. The scenic views of Giles and Pearisburg can not be beat. Park and walk / hike about 250 yard to experience it.
