Bald Knob - Scenic Hike - Pembrook / Giles County, Virginia VA

Description: This magnificent scenic view is proceeded by a 1 mile (thats a guess) up hill hike or jog using the vehicle size, gravel road. The alternative is a narrow hiking trail or path through the woods. You could ride a horse or mountain bike if you wanted to, but its best suited for slow walks. This is not a difficult hiking trail and most anyone could do it if you take your time. Of course this location begins at the landmark Mt. Lake Hotel Resort, which offers a host of other activities such as canoeing and fishing....or getting married! Click Here to see a Mountain Lake Brochure detailing all the hiking and recreational trails available at their facility.
